1 lg. box Crispix cereal (17 oz.)
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
3 c. powdered sugar
2 brown grocery bags (double)

Pour Crispix and 1 cup powdered sugar into bag. Shake to coat. Melt peanut butter, chops, butter and butter. After melted pour onto cereal and shake for 2 to 3 minutes or until coated. Add 1 more cup of powdered sugar and shake, then add to last cup of powdered sugar and shake. Rip the bag open and let stand for 10 minutes. Put in sealed container and serve cold.
