QUICK PEACH COBBLER 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (#2) can sliced peaches
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Melt butter in casserole dish. Put in peaches and juice (if preference is soft crust). Drain juice from peaches (if preference is hard crust). Sift flour and baking powder together along with sugar, then sift all of these over peaches. Pour 1/2 cup milk over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
