HAM AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen vegetables
1 lb. ham
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk
3/4 c. cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Cook vegetables as directed on package. Dice ham. Make a white sauce by mixing flour, butter, milk, salt, pepper, and onion. Cook until smooth. Put ham in bottom of baking dish. Put the vegetables over the ham. Pour white sauce over all. Sprinkle cheese on this. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
