DEANNA'S SWEET AND TANGY
MEATBALLS

Y'all, I just put in a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, because I was short on time tonight for dinner. It turned out fantastic, though!

1 bag frozen meatballs (24 to 32 count; Italian Style)

SWEET AND TANGY SAUCE:

2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Put all ingredients into a saucepan/pot and whisk together. Heat just 'til boiling and add meatballs. Cover with a lid and put on low heat. Let simmer for about twenty minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. Serve over rice.

Note: I'm sure you could omit or even add a few things and it will still be great, if not better.

Makes enough for 3 or 4 people (8 meatballs each). ENJOY!
