SOUR CREAM LEMON PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon
1 c. sour cream
1 baked pie shell

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Whip egg yolks and milk together and add to mixture in pan along with butter, lemon juice and lemon peel. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool in refrigerator. Stir in sour cream. Pour in baked pie shell. Before serving cover with whipping cream.
