FLUFFY ICING | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 2 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla Cook sugar and water in covered pan for a few minutes. Uncover and boil at 240 degrees on candy thermometer. Pour hot syrup over beaten egg whites, beat constantly. Add vanilla. Beat until right consistency to spread on cake. Very good on angel food cake. |
