PINEAPPLE CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. syrup (from pineapple)
3/4 c. sugar
3 thin lemon slices
3 thin orange slices
1 stick cinnamon
3 c. fresh cranberries
Salt to taste

Drain pineapple chunks and reserve. Pour syrup into small saucepan. Add sugar, lemon and orange slices and cinnamon. Bring to simmering and cook 5 minutes. Add cranberries and simmer until they begin to burst. Add drained pineapple chunks. Serve warm or cold. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

Great to serve with roast turkey instead of standard cranberry sauce!
