JELLO FLUFF 
1 sm. pkg. Jello, any flavor
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. fruit juice, any flavor
3 c. ice cream, any flavor

(NOTE: Do not use fresh pineapple juice.) Empty contents of gelatin packet into a bowl. Heat 1 cup water to boil and pour into bowl. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup fruit juice. Put mixture and 3 cups ice cream in refrigerator until Jello becomes thick but still fluid (45 minutes to 1 hour).

At this point, ice cream will be soft. Using electric mixer, blend ice cream into gelatin. Mix until foamy, chill until set. NOTE: Double-beater hand mixer seems to beat in more air than single beater mix-master, hence it's fluffier. And, my favorite combination is: raspberry Jello, orange juice, vanilla ice cream.
