PEANUT CLUSTERS 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oats
1 c. shortening
1 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. peanuts

Mix flour, soda and salt. Cream shortening, sugar and peanut butter thoroughly. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour mixture alternately with milk. Sit in oats, cornflakes and peanuts with a wooden spoon. Drop by rounded teaspoons on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Flatten lightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool on cake rack. Makes 6 dozen cookies.
