MAMA'S CAMP STEW 
3 lbs. boneless stew beef
2 lbs. lean pork
1 sm. hen or chicken
3 lg. onions, chopped
3 full c. potatoes, chopped
1 1/2 lg. cans tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
Catsup may be added for extra flavor (optional)

Cook meat until tender. Remove from broth, reserving broth. Let meat cool and cut into bite size pieces. Add vegetables and seasonings to broth and cook slowly for about two hours. Return meat to broth with vegetables and heat well. Taste for correct seasoning.
