2 lg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. almond extract
3 eggs

Mix together until creamy; grease a 9 inch pie pan and pour in cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour over cheese cake. Bake 10 minutes.
