MINI CHIP POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate miniature chips

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, and salt with milk. Beat until smooth. Stir in miniature chips. Pour into well greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan or 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool completely, then remove from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar or frost with frosting.

DELUXE CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

3 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 envs. melted unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

In bowl, mix confectioners' sugar, milk, butter, unsweetened chocolate, vanilla, and salt. Beat well.
