(DIET) BRAN MUFFINS (LIGHT) | |
1 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. bran flakes 1/4 c. Miller's Bran 2 tbsp. raisins 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon Dash of nutmeg 3/4 c. evaporated skim milk 2 tbsp. corn oil 3/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate 1 tsp. vanilla Combine all dry ingredients. Then add liquids. Fill tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 16 muffins. One muffin = 110 calories. |
