CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
2/3 c. uncooked rice
2/3 c. sugar
2 qt. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
Sprinkles of nutmeg

Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours, stirring occasionally first hour. 1/2 cup raisins may be added 1/2 hour before end of baking time if desired. Pudding thickens as it cools.
