QUICK CABBAGE BISCUIT BUNDLES
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped cabbage
1/4-1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash salt
1 tsp. water
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
1 tbsp. melted butter

In medium skillet, saute onion in butter; add cabbage, caraway seed, pepper, salt, and water. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Cool.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits and press or roll each to 4-inch circle. Place 1 rounded tablespoon cabbage mixture on center of each circle. Bring dough to top of cabbage mixture and pinch each to seal.

Place filled biscuits seam side up in ungreased muffin cups and brush with melted butter. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 servings. Each roll is 110 calories.
