TOASTED PUMPKIN OR SQUASH SEEDS 
2 c. unwashed seed
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Dash onion salt
Dash garlic salt

Spread seeds in shallow pan. Add other ingredients. Toast in very slow oven, 250 degrees, until brown and crisp, stirring occasionally. Bake 2 1/2 hours.
