CHOP SUEY 
Chop suey meat (pork, beef or chicken)
Onion
Celery
Green pepper
2-3 tbsp. brown gravy
Bean sprouts
Water chestnuts
Soy sauce

Brown meat in Dutch oven. Cover meat with water. Add chopped onions, celery and green pepper. Also add brown gravy sauce. Cook until meat is tender. Then add bean sprouts and water chestnuts. Season with soy sauce. Thicken with cornstarch.
