2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, do not drain

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Put all of above into large bowl; mix thoroughly. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool. Frost.
