BAKED SCALLOPS SUPREME 
14 oz. bay scallops
Marsala wine
Monterey Jack cheese
Garlic powder
Butter
Crushed croutons

In 4 baking shells or baking dishes, divide bay scallops, sprinkle each with garlic powder, 1 tablespoon marsala wine and 1 tablespoon butter. Top with 1 slice of Monterey Jack cheese. Sprinkle top with crushed croutons. Bake at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
