MILNOT CAKE | |
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 can Milnot (like milk) 3 c. graham crackers (2 pkgs.) 1/2 c. butter, melted Dissolve Jello in water. Chill until slightly thickened. Cream together cheese, sugar, lemon juice. Add Jello and mix well. Beat Milnot until stiff. Fold Jello mixture into Milnot. Crush crackers and mix with butter. Press 2/3 of crumbs into 8 or 9 inch square pan. Add filling. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill at least 3 hours. |
