PECAN PRALINES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix sugars and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan over a medium heat, bringing to a low boil. Stir constantly and continue low boil until mixture reaches soft boil stage.

Remove from heat and stir into mixture butter vanilla and nuts.

As mixture begins to thicken, quickly drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.

Chill and enjoy!
