1 fifth Southern Comfort
2 c. (16 oz.) Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice cocktail
1 qt. 7 Up
1 c. fresh lemon or fresh lime juice
1 Dash Angostura Bitters (optional)
2 qts. champagne

Prechill ingredients; pour into punch bowl over large piece of ice. Add champagne last. Decorate with slices of oranges and lemons.
