SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes, frozen (take out let drain on towel)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper

Mix all together in bowl. Put in greased baking dish (13x9). Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
