WALNUT SPICE CAKE 
1 box spice cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
3/4 c. walnuts

Mix cake mix, pudding, water, milk and oil; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time; mix well. Fold in nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans. Bake 350 degrees 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan to racks. Cool completely. Spread with Butter Frosting.

BUTTER FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 - 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter on high with electric mixer. Combine sugar and cinnamon to butter. Mix until smooth. Add vanilla; mix until smooth and creamy. Spread over cake.
