PANCAKE AND BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
PANCAKES:

1 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients well and fry on a greased griddle.

SAUCE:

2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla, not until cooked

Process first 4 ingredients in a blender. Place in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow to boil for 1 minute, add vanilla.
