MINUTE STEAK TOSS 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. lemon-flavored pepper, seasoning
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. beef cube steaks, cut in 1/2" strips
2 carrots, cut in julienne strips
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 tbsp. soy sauce
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
Hot cooked rice

In bowl combine cornstarch, the 2 tablespoons soy sauce, the Worcestershire, lemon flavored pepper seasoning and water; blend until smooth. Add meat, stirring to coat. Cover; let stand at room temperature. Cover; let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, stirring once or twice.

In skillet cook meat and carrots in hot oil, stirring constantly. Add green pepper. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes. Add marinade; stir in tomatoes; serve on rice.
