MICROWAVE PRALINES 
3/4 c. milnot
2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla or maple flavoring

Mix milnot, sugar, salt and butter in a 2 1/2 or 3 quart dish or casserole. Microwave on high to soft ball stage (8 to 10 minutes). Stir and rotate at 3 minute intervals. Allow to cool slightly, add vanilla or maple flavoring. Beat until creamy (about 3 minutes), stir in pecans; drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
