MOLDED TUNA SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Dissolve and refrigerate until congealed. Beat until foamy, add 1/2 cup Miracle Whip, blend in 1 (7 ounce) can of tuna in water pack. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, and celery if desired. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
