PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
4 eggs 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 6 or 7 slices bread, cubed Mix beaten eggs, butter, and sugar together. Add pineapple and bread cubes. Pour in casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6. This very good with ham or poultry. |
