PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN 
2 tbsp. oil
2/3 c. popcorn kernels
Deep saucepan with lid
3 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
3 tbsp. butter

Pour oil into saucepan and place on high heat. Put 4 or 5 kernels in pot and when they pop the oil is ready. Add the rest of the kernels. Gently shake the pan so all kernels are covered with oil. The higher the heat the better the popcorn. Keep shaking pot. When popping stops remove from heat.
