CHICKEN VERMICELLI 
3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked
1 pkg. vermicelli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 can chicken broth
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil chicken (reserve broth) and chop in bite size pieces. Boil vermicelli according to directions. Drain. In a saucepan, heat the soup, milk, broth and Velveeta cheese until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Add it to the chicken, broccoli, vermicelli and seasoning; mix well. Spray Pam in a baking dish and add to mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
