PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
Beat to a cream the following:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks

Add:

1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tbsp. dissolved corn starch
1 c. half and half

Beat egg whites and fold in lightly and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then at 350 degrees until done. Makes 2 large or 3 small pies.
