FANNY FARMER BARS | |
Miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 c. flour 1 c. sugar 2 beaten eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Cocoa mixture Spread in 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove from oven and cover with miniature marshmallows. Return to oven until the marshmallows are soft (not melted). Cool and cover with icing. ICING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. cocoa 3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Enough powdered sugar to spread I leave icing a little runny so I can drizzle it on the bars. Too difficult to spread on marshmallows. |
