STUFFED SHELLS FLORENTINE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 1/2 c. tomato puree
1 tsp. basil, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
8 jumbo macaroni shells, cooked
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Microwave spinach in the package on Hi for 7 to 8 minutes. Drain very thoroughly. Combine beef, onion and garlic in 1 quart heat resistant glass casserole. Cover. Microwave on Hi for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain excess grease.

Add tomato puree, basil, salt, and sugar. Cover. Microwave on Hi for 5 to 6 minutes. Combine spinach and cottage cheese. stuff shells with mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Spoon sauce over filled shells. Cover. Cook on 70% for 9 to 11 minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
