TEXAS MUD PIE 
CRUST:

21 Oreo cookies, chopped fine
6 tbsp. butter, melted

FILLING:

1 qt. chocolate ice cream
4 tbsp. Sanka
2 tbsp. brandy flavoring
2 tbsp. Kahlua
4 tbsp. Cool Whip

TOPPING:

Kraft fudge topping

Mix cookies and melted butter, then press in pie pan and freeze. Whip ice cream, Sanka, brandy and Kahlua. Add whipped topping and place in shell. Freeze until very hard. Dip knife in hot water and spread topping. Work quickly. Add a spoon of whipped topping to each slice and top with maraschino cherry.
