2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 (7/8 oz) packet brown gravy mix
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into loaf. Place in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 5 hours.

Can be baked in oven as for any meat loaf.
