BROWN AND SERVE DINNER ROLLS 
2 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

2 1/2 c. flour
2 pkgs. dry yeast

Liquid
2 well beaten eggs

Blend with mixer at low speed 1/2 minute, scraping bowl well. Mix at high speed 3 minutes. Gradually add 4 cups flour. Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise in warm place until double in bulk. Form into desired shape and place in well greased pan.

Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes. (Remove from oven while still white for freezing). To serve, brown at 425 degrees.
