CHEESECAKE SQUARES 
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
13 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour and nuts. Mix well. Set aside one cup of mix for topping. Press remainder in 8"x8" pan at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

Blend sugar and cream cheese until smooth and add egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over bottom crust, sprinkle topping mix and bake for 25 minutes.
