BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. broccoli, chopped
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix broccoli, raisins, onions and pecans. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour dressing over mixed ingredients. Stir well. Marinate in refrigerator several hours. One hour before serving add bacon, stir well. Serves 6.
