GOOOOOOD CHILI 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt

Heat cooker, brown meat, onion and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Close cover securely, place pressure regulator on vent pipe, cook 5 minutes, let pressure drop on its own or after browning, put all ingredients in crock pot and cook all night or day, covered. This is deliciously good. Serve with crackers while hot.
