LOW TIDE CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts, hammered tender with mallet and thin
2 c. water
1 packet chicken bouillon
4 oz. thawed chopped spinach
4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese

Tenderize chicken breasts; season with salt and pepper. Add 2 tablespoons spinach and 2 tablespoons cheese to center of chicken breast and roll tight. Place in microwave container. Cover chicken breasts with water and chicken bouillon. Place container with vented lid in microwave for 10 minutes on high. Turn biscuits and microwave additional 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
