12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb. crisp crumbled)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 or 10-inch pis pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion evenly over bottom of pie pan. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into pie pan. Bake 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6.
