BAKED STUFFED VEGETABLE FLOUNDER | |
Flounder filet FOR EACH FILET: 1/2 c. sliced zucchini 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 1 thin slice tomato Pinch of dried basil Lay veggies and tomato over filet. Roll each filet or fold end to end. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. You may also wrap individually in foil and steam, serve in foil. Serve with 1 cup tossed salad. Single serving = 4 ounces protein, 1 cup vegetable. |
