MOM'S CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

12 or 14 graham crackers (1 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. butter

Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) for 15 or 20 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

12 oz. cream cheese (4 three ounce pkgs.)
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Beat until light and fluffy. Fill crust and place in oven 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 1/2 tbsp. sugar
Vanilla

Bake with sour cream on top 5 minutes.
