8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. (jar) dried beef, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. sour cream

Mix together. Pour into serving dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm with a salt cracker.
