1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe golden cake mix
1 c. Mazola oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, juice included
4 eggs

Mix thoroughly. Bake in 9 1/2 x 11-inch or 13 x 9 pan for 30-35 minutes at 305 degrees. When cake is thoroughly cooled, spread with icing and place in icebox before serving.

ICING:

1 lg. (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. (3 3/4 oz.) size vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
