PEAR COBBLER | |
1 qt. pears or peaches 1 c. flour, self-rising 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter, softened Pour pears or peaches into oblong baking dish. Mix flour, sugar and butter. Cut with pastry cutter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees until browned on top, about 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream if desired. |
