GREEN BEANS AND MUSHROOM SAUCE | |
2 sm. pkgs. frozen or 2 cans French green beans 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. can mushroom pieces 3/4 c. almonds 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. milk 2 hard boiled eggs, optional Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in soup, French green beans, butter milk, most of the mushrooms, and almonds. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Place in serving dish. Garnish top with rest of mushrooms or hard boiled eggs, sliced lengthwise. |
