FRESH PEACH COBBLER 
FILLING:

5 c. fresh peaches, sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter

Toss peaches with lemon juice. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix with peaches. Turn into an 8 or 9-inch square buttered baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Spread over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is brown and juice is bubbly.
