JELLO AND CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. orange, unpeeled
2 c. raw cranberries
1 med. apple
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Chill until thickened. Cut orange in wedges and remove seeds. Put orange, cranberries and apples through food grinder. Mix in sugar. Fold into thickened gelatin. Pour into 3 cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce. Makes 6 servings. Recipe may be doubled for shallow 1 1/2 quart mold.
